4. Calculators and Tools

Our calculators (including but not limited to the take-home pay, 13th-month pay, mortgage, Pag-IBIG housing loan, MP2, compound interest, retirement, monthly budget, personal loan, and credit card interest calculators) produce estimates using assumptions and simplifications that may not reflect your specific circumstances. Results are for illustration only and do not represent an offer, approval, quotation, or guarantee from any lender, insurer, government body, or financial institution. Always confirm figures with the relevant provider.

5. Advertising, Affiliate, and Partner Disclosure

MoneyHub PH is an independent, advertising-supported publisher. We may earn compensation through display advertising (including Google AdSense), sponsored content, and affiliate partnerships when you click certain links or apply for products featured on the Site. This compensation may influence the placement, order, or prominence of products, but it does not influence our editorial ratings, recommendations, or reviews, which are produced independently by our editorial team. 6. Intellectual Property

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MONEYHUB PH, ITS FOUNDER, CONTRIBUTORS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST SAVINGS, LOST DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, INVESTMENT LOSSES, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED PHILIPPINE PESOS (₱100.00). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you; in such cases our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MoneyHub PH, its founder, contributors, affiliates, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to (a) your use or misuse of the Services, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party, or (d) any Submission you provide to us.

15. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Our collection and use of personal information in connection with the Services is described in our Privacy Policy. We process personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.

17. Copyright Complaints

If you believe that content on the Site infringes your copyright, please send a written notice via our Contact page including: (a) identification of the copyrighted work; (b) the URL of the allegedly infringing material; (c) your contact information; (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; and (e) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

18. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and MoneyHub PH regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
